ACCIDENTS & BEHAVIOR

If your child is injured during the day, the teachers will complete an accident report (Ouch Report) for you. You will be required to review and sign the report. This report will then be filed in your child’s file. If you wish for a copy of the report, please ask the front desk. If your child receives an injury and you must take him/her to receive medical attention please inform us immediately. We are required to inform our licensing specialist when this occurs.

 

If your child would harm himself/herself, another child, a teacher, or someone’s property, your child’s teacher will complete a behavior incident report for you to review and sign. This will be filed in your child’s file. Please refer to our “Guidance and Discipline Policy” in this handbook.
